Job Survey
There is a new quick survey to be completed with every job that is to be completed by each Operative.
The survey appears after Operative’s Comments and before Operative’s Signature.
There are three questions to complete, with negative responses coloured red, and positive responses coloured green:
Responses will be sent back to the Axis office for analysis by each contract.
