Adding Operative Comments to an SOR code
This is only needed on Generic Override codes
Example – ‘Labourer’ Code is too generic to describe what has actually been completed.
1. When the Override Code has been added to the SOR Picker Screen, the device will probably come up
with a VALIDATION error (see screenshot) when moving to the ‘NEXT’ screen.
2. To add a comment to a code, tap the ‘i’ in the grey circle to the left of the code in question.
3. This will open up a new screen showing a box called ‘Operative Comments’. This is where details that refer to the code being used and a description of the work carried out can be entered.
4. Once comments have been entered into the ‘Operative Comments’ Field, ignore the ‘Planners Comments’ box and press ‘Close’ at the bottom of that section.
Pressing ‘NEXT’ will now enable the job to move to the next screen without the Validation Error appearing.
